Any cargo incident report will be notified to our principal by our E-Incident ticket service system. Cargo Incident Reports can be accessed 24 hours and 7 days a week. Incident inquiries will be handled by one of our staff members within the E-Incident ticket service system.

Category 1 Minor damage. Small tears less than 2 cm each and less than in 3 numbers. Dens / Scratches occur to outer packing only.

Category 2 : Moderate damage. This type of damage, from visual inspection of the outer packing, can affect the contents. Inspection of the contents may be necessary

Category 3 : Major damage. This type of damage clearly affects the condition of the contents. Inspection and verification is necessary and important for claims purposes.

Category 4: Damage arising from possible pilferage. This category is to be used only when the cargo is suspected of pilferage. Thi stype of damage is delibertae and involves tears and cuts to the outer packing.

|
Category 5: Damage involving safety of lives and property. Inspection, decontamination and verification is necessary e.g. chemical / radioactive spillage and leakages.
