Ready for Carriage Conditions for offering and receiving consignments (NOT) Ready for Carriage As used in this Goods Receipt NOT Ready for Carriage’ applies to consignments which do NOT comply with the following requirements: |

A |
the consignment is offered in one lot AND |
|
B |
the consignment is offered together with the Air Waybill mentioned in this Goods Receipt together with proper and valid Customs document(s), if applicable AND |
|
C |
the consignment is offered on the floor of the shed of the receiving groundhandling company OR |
|
D |
the consignment is offered palletized at the back of the tailramp of the delivery truck in such a manner that the Ready for Carriage checks can be executed at normal work level (insofar the consignment consist of more than one pallet, the pallets shall be offered in succession at the back of the tailramp of the delivery truck), except as otherwise provided in the contract of carriage in case of extreme dimensions of the consignment. A consignment not offered on the floor of the shed shall furthermore not exceed 1500 kg gross weight (insofar the consignment consists of more than one pallet, the maximum gross weight of each pallet shall not exceed 1500 kg gross weight), except as otherwise provided in the contract of carriage for the consignment AND |

the ‘known’ consignment has been handled by the issuing forwarding agent in accordance with theaviation act, paragraph 4 and EU regulation 2320/2002 and 831/2006. |
